An apartment in central Lisbon was furnished, equipped, and decorated for short- and medium-term rentals. Located on the edge of the touristic core of the city in the more relaxed and local neighborhood of Pena, the studio is on the top floor of a worker’s-style building tucked away on a quiet lane, and receives ample natural light from windows at the front and back.
A designer dining table, white with chrome structure, brings a modern touch that contrasts with traditional wooden Portuguese chairs. The rest of the furniture is simple, comfortable, and durable. Predominantly white, grey, and beige tones emphasize the luminosity of the space, while accents of deep gold bring a sunbathed warmth. Decorative items were discovered at flea markets around Lisbon, and kitchen and bath amenities made in Portugal were selected whenever possible. The apartment is fully-equipped to provide a comfortable home for guests staying for a few days, weeks, or months.
